1. Acceptable Use & Registration
By registering as an Agent, Landlord, or Property Owner on this platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Property Listing Content Policy
Users are permitted to post property listings for sale, rent, or lease. However, you strictly agree NOT to post:
- Fraudulent, non-existent, or misleading property listings.
- Properties that you do not have explicit legal authorization or power of attorney to market.
- Images or descriptions plagiarized from other property websites without permission.
Propertydeal reserves the absolute right to delete any listing and ban any account found violating these rules without prior notice.
3. Scam and Payment Disclaimer (Important Notice to Users)
Propertydeal is an online directory matching property seekers with advertisers. We do not own the properties listed, nor do we act as real estate brokers.
WARNING: We strongly advise all property seekers never to pay any upfront inspection fees, legal fees, or rental deposits to any agent until they have physically inspected the property and verified the identity and legitimacy of the agent or landlord.
Propertydeal shall not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from offline transactions between users.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
